چکیده

Numerous strategies have been suggested to reduce dependence on synthetic products, such as physical, microbial, and natural methods. Among the remedies, plant extracts emerged a popular option owing their eco-friendly character, ease of degradation, harmless nature humans. In our study, we used acetone hexane Rhaphiolepis indica fruit combat two fungal pathogens that were isolated from infected bean plants showed root rot symptoms. The confirmed be pathogenic by pathogenicity assays conducted in vivo. morphological molecular identification ITS-region sequencing revealed isolates Rhizoctonia solani Fusarium solani, they assigned accession numbers OQ880457 OQ820158, respectively. Our data both caused significant decrease linear growth F. at all concentrations (1%, 2%, 3%), compared control. However, concentration 3%, extract much greater inhibition than extract. For R. extract, shows percentage concentrations, which further increases 85.24% 3% concentration. HPLC indicated presence absence phenolic flavonoid compounds. obtained results five acetonic compounds ferulic, p-coumaric, gallic, p-OH benzoic, cinnamic, with 5.31, 10.36, 7.24, 6.08, 0.89 mg/mL, On other hand, hexanoic catechol, caffeic, chlorogenic, cinnamic acids, 3.66, 5.14, 0.69, 6.31, 13.47 identified compounds, namely rutin, chrysin, quercetin, kaempferol, chrysoeriol, 7-OH flavone, naringin, had respective 5.36, 10.23, 4.32, 15.33, 1.06, 0.087, 0.069 contrast, it was observed seven comprised kampferol, luteolin, catechin exhibited 7.15, 18.20, 6.04, 2.04, 10.24, 13.43 study suggest may useful remedy for combating reducing products.

Screening of bioagents against root rot of mung bean caused by Rhizoctonia solani.

A laboratory and green house experiment was carried out on the comparative antagonistic performance of four different bioagents (Aspergillus sp., Gliocladium virens, Trichoderma harzianum and T. viride) isolated from soil against Rhizoctonia solani. Under laboratory conditions, T. harzianum exhibited maximum (75.55%) mycelial growth inhibition of R. solani This was followed by T. viride, which ...

Balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorum) is a kind of mountain herbs whose roots have restorative properties and the cultivating acreage of balloon flower has been steadily increasing in Korea. More frequent rain and high amount of rainfalls as a result of climate changes predisposed balloon flower to the outbreaks of root rot at high-density cultivation area in recent years. Root crowns were u...
